The Green Hills RC & D will offer an open tree sale on April 11 at the Trenton Fairgrounds on Oklahoma Avenue. The sale will start at 1 p.m. and go until 4 p.m.
Another sale will be held on April 12 at the RC&D/USDA Service Center at 1100 Morton Parkway in Chillicothe. The sale will also start at 9 a.m. and go until 4 p.m.
Several species of seedlings will be available at both sales: Red Osier Dogwood; Colorado Blue Spruce; Eastern White Pine; Japanese Crabapple; Winterberry; Paper Birch; Japanese White Birch.
Also available will be bluebird and wren houses for sale. For more information, please call the RC&D office at 660-646-6220, ext. 104.
