A donation dinner is planned at the Tri-County R-7 School on Friday to help with expenses for a mission trip to the Philippines by Rev. Jones, minister of the Turning Point Church of Cameron, and his associate Rob Troyer of Gallatin.
The two are planning to visit a youth camp at San Fernada Luzon, Philippines, where they will minister to singles between 13-25 years old. The camp is located in the northern part of the islands. The mission trip will be from April 23-29.
The donation dinner will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on April 7. The menu will consist of barbecue chicken, homemade noodles, potato salad, baked beans, salad, pies, homemade ice cream, coffee and tea. Everyone is invited to attend.
