The following are traffic cases which were heard in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County involving a plea of guilty without contest and payment by mail of the standard fine plus court costs. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside outside of Missouri was $1,068.50 for 13 tickets. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside in Missouri was $1,013.50 for 18 cases. Court costs collected for the State of Missouri amount to $56.50 for moving traffic violations. Missouri defendants, offenses and fines are listed below:

No seat belt: William F. Lucker, Independence, $10; Bradley P. Youngs, Gilman City, $10; child 4-16 no seat belt: David J. Kurtz, Jamesport, $10.
Speeding amended by prosecuting attorney to failure to equip vehicle with adequate muffler: Deborah M. Moore, Gallatin, $193.50; Thomas T. Maxwell, Lee’s Summit, $143.50; Brenda J. Stelzer, Kansas City, $143.50.
Vision reducing material not in compliance: Bethany A. Vandiver, Gallatin, $28.50.
Terrolyn Millsap, Gallatin, was fined $10 for failure to secure child 4-16 and $10 for no seat belt.
Raymond F. Morris, Cameron was fined $48.50 for failure to register vehicle annually and $88.50 for speeding.
Jonathon E. Wright, Gallatin, was fined $78.50 for displaying plates of another and $10 for no seat belt.
Kimberly S. Muse, Gallatin, was fined $28.50 for failure to register vehicle annually, $10 for no seat belt, and $103.50 for no insurance.
