Misdemeanor charges were filed April 3 against Kimberly J. Cornett of Gallatin for resisting/interfering with arrest; and against Emily L. Cornett of Gallatin for tampering with physical evidence to impair investigation of a minor in possession. The arrests were made by the Gallatin Police Department. An order was filed by Judge Daren Adkins April 3 disqualifying himself from the hearing of this cause.
