A memorial service for Quillan Cottrell, three-year-old son of Holly and Kenneth Stieh of Jameson and Jacob Cottrell of Trenton, will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2006, at the Resthaven Mortuary in Trenton. A family visitation will be held from 6-7 p.m. on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the family.

Quillan was born on June 18, 2002, in Trenton, the son of Jacob Dale Cottrell and Holly Elaine Spears.
Quillan was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, Donald Spears; his maternal great-grandmother, Nola Spears Ward; and his paternal great-grandfather, Dale Reid.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Holly and Kenneth Stieh of Jameson; his father, Jacob Cottrell of Trenton; one brother, Christian Cottrell; two half brothers, Maverick Stieh and Tracer Orndorff; one stepsister, Rhiannon Stieh; maternal grandmother, Linda Brummitt of Trenton; maternal grandfather, Michael Spears of Trenton; maternal great-grandparents, Virgil and Martha Brummitt of Trenton; paternal grandmother, Kimberly Cottrell of Trenton; paternal grandfather, Buck Gates of Trenton; paternal step-grandfather, Keith Cottrell of Green Bay, Wis.; paternal great-grandmother, Marcia Reid of Trenton; paternal great-great-grandparents, Keith and Carolyn Summers of Illinois; step-grandparents, Jim and Nina Adams of Hatfield, and Brian Keith and Becky Kitchen of Franklin, Va.
