Solos, woodwinds receive I rating at band contest

The Junior High Solo/Ensemble Band contest was held at Northwest Missouri State University at Maryville on Saturday, Feb. 20.

Receiving a I rating (superior) for their solos were Ashley Cameron, Haley Slessman and Rachel Hopkins. The woodwind trio of Ashley Cameron, Heather Allee and Laura Zimmerman also received a I rating.
Receiving a II rating (excellent) for their solos were Heather Allee and Laura Zimmerman.
