The Gingerich’s have four children at home. The family has set up a temporary house in another building on the farm and are receiving clothing and food from friends. The Amish community and neighbors have pitched in to help the Gingerich’s rebuild and have already poured the footers and started on a new, larger basement, and plan to begin the house this week.

Gallatin Fire Protection District also responded to the fire through mutual aid.
