James Lewis, bridge supervisor, met with the commission reporting that they are continuing bridge inspections and making repairs.
Notification was received of a bankruptcy filing by CGI Telephone, necessitating a change in long distance providers.
Bills were audited and paid.
An agreement between the county and the Northwest Missouri Region H Hazardous Materials Response Team was executed.
Bob Burnett, Snyder and Associates, met with the commission reporting discrepancies in elevations reports in the flood plain along Grand River.
The commission discussed the township financial statements required by law to be filed by March 20. Also, a request by Lincoln Township for an equipment grant was discussed. They will be notified of the requirements. Letters will be sent to all townships and road districts informing them that if the required statements are not filed, proceed orders for delivery of CART rock will not be sent to the quarries. Townships and road districts will also be directed to receive their CART rock prior to Nov. 30 of each year. Deliveries after that date will not be paid by the county.
Notification from Missouri Department of Transportation was received of the approval of the final audit of BRO project (25).
