Recognize outstanding citizens of Missouri

During the 2006 legislative session, the House of Representatives would like to recognize outstanding citizens of our state. Your help is needed in identifying those individuals in the Third Legislative District who, by their accomplishments, qualify for this honor. As an Outstanding Missourian recipient, the honoree will be invited to the Capitol to receive special recognition from the dais.

Please forward a biography for the individual you are nominating with the following information. City of residence, occupation, community service, memberships, awards, honors and special accomplishments, name of spouse of parents, name of other family members and their relationship to nominee, and any other pertinent information. Also, if there are any newspaper clippings showing the nominee receiving awards, please send those too. You can forward the biography and attachments to me at 201 W.
