Melvin McFee, Jefferson Township Board, reported that a road in section 13, Eden Estates, was not accepted by the township board as a public road.
Becky Simpson, Extension Council, reported that a new horticulturist should be on staff in approximately four months.

The commission accepted delivery of a 2006 John Deere tractor and Alamo brush cutter following awarding of advertised bids.
Representatives from Platinum Services Inc. presented their health care services. The commission will allow them to meet with employees, but it will not be done as a payroll deduction.
David Tolen attended the Regional H Hazmat meeting on Feb. 9 in St. Joseph.
