The following are traffic cases which were heard in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County involving a plea of guilty without contest and payment by mail of the standard fine plus court costs. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside outside of Missouri are $958.50 for 12 tickets. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside in Missouri was $1,410.50 for 20 cases. No seat belt: Alile D. Kasiah, Kansas City, $10; Delbert R. Virtue, Jameson, $10; Raymond E. Johnson, Coffey, $10; Andrea R. Dixon, Jamesport, $10.
Failure to use turn signal: Amanda D. Bowers, Warrensburg, $28.50.
Speeding in construction zone with signs and workers present: Robert C. Simpson, St. Louis, $398.50.
Vision reducing material not in compliance: Wilmer O. Almazan, Marshall, $28.50.
Sherri S. Anderson, Gallatin was fined $78.50 for displaying the plate of another and $88.50 for speeding.
Jessee L. Brookshier, Cameron, was fined $113.50 for no insurance and $10 for no seat belt.
Michelle L. Carpentieri, St. Joseph was fined $28.50 for vision reducing material not in compliance and $10 for no seat belt.
Jimmie L. Roy, Kansas City was fined $148.50 for failure to yield to emergency vehicle and $10 for no seat belt.
