The following are traffic cases which were heard in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County involving a plea of guilty without contest and payment by mail of the standard fine plus court costs. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside outside of Missouri are $2,694.50 for 33 tickets. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside in Missouri was $1,666.50 for 35 cases. James A. Waggoner, Pattonsburg, was fined $18.50 for failure to display valid plates and $103.50 for no insurance.
O.J. Pruitt, Bethany, was fined $28.50 for failure to register vehicle annually, $10 for no seat belt, and $103.50 for no insurance.
Shyla N. Edwards, Osborn, was fined $38.50 for failure to drive on right half of roadway, $28.50 for failure to register vehicle with DOR, and $103.50 for no insurance.
Lonnie L. Smith, Buckner, was fined $103 for no insurance and $28.50 for failure to register vehicle with DOR.
Denis O. Posada, Milan, was fined $58.50 for speeding and $21 for child without restraint.
Bobby Warner, Kidder, was fined $58.50 for speeding and $10 for no seat belt.
