Joseph Edward Page, 65, Trenton, died at the Wright Memorial Hospital on Friday, Jan. 20, 2006.
Funeral services for Joe Page were held Tuesday at the Resthaven Mortuary in Trenton. Burial was in the Hillcrest Cemetery at Gallatin. Memorial contributions may be made to the OATS bus and left at the funeral home.
Joseph Edward Page, 65, Trenton, died at the Wright Memorial Hospital on Friday, Jan. 20, 2006.
Mr. Page was born Feb. 26, 1940, in Oklahoma, to Graham and Elizabeth Fulton Page. He graduated from the Jameson High School. He was a resident of Trenton since 1969.
On July 3, 1959, he was united in marriage to Martha Sue Worrell in Gallatin. She died on Dec. 3, 2004.
Mr. Page worked as a custom farmer until becoming an owner-operator truck driver in the 1960s. In 1974 he opened the Page Garage and Body Shop. In 1990 he started the Page Tree Service, working in the garage and on the tree service until he retired n 2003 due to health.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and a sister, Helen Britt.
Survivors include four sons, Mark Page of Smithville, Jeff Page of Trenton, Danny Page of Kansas City, and Greg Page of Trenton; one sister, Charlett Bright of Hutchison, Kan.; and seven grandchildren.
