Traffic Fines

The following are traffic cases which were heard in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County involving a plea of guilty without contest and payment by mail of the standard fine plus court costs.

The total fines assessed for defendants who reside outside of Missouri was $691 for seven tickets. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside in Missouri was $1,619.50 for 20 cases. Court costs collected for the State of Missouri amount to $56.50 for moving traffic violations. Missouri defendants, offenses and fines are listed below:

No seat belt: Bree N. Brutsman, St. Joseph, $10; Jeffrey R. Altis, Kansas City, $10.

No insurance: David W. Smith, Jamesport, $103.50; Roger E. Farmer II, Trenton, $103.50.

Speeding: Jimmy R. West, Weatherby, $88.50; Robert D. Sheets, Raymore, $88.50; Matthew R. Anderson, Kansas City, $88.50; Rachell R. Hollon, Harris, $88.50; Jeffrey A. Iverson, Gallatin, $58.50; Robert D. Murray, Gallatin, $58.50.

Vision reducing material: Aaron W. Hulet, Pattonsburg, $28.50; Jennifer L. Cannon, Trenton, $28.50; John W. Anthuis, Jr., Gallatin, $28.50.

Patricia A. Klingensmith, Trenton, was fined $48.50 for failure to register vehicle, $103.50 for no insurance, and $10 for no seat belt.
