Dear Editor:
I am writing in regards to our sewer bill. Did you know we were charged for sewer from Nov. 4, 2005, to December 2005. This bill that is due by Jan. 10, 2006.
Can you believe this? How can anybody be charged for sewer during the month of November, 2005, when you couldn’t even be hooked up to sewer until the 13th of December, 2005.
Everyone in Gallatin that has to hook up to the new sewer will be billed for sewer in November when you couldn’t even use it.
Please go to your city administrator’s office at city hall and complain. Also call your mayor and councilmen.
I have already talked to a lot of people on our street. They didn’t know this. So please don’t wait. Do it now!
