Winners of the annual “Design a Cereal Box Contest” at Searcy Elementary were recently announced. Fifth grade students design and create a cereal box to be judged by sixth grade students and faculty at Searcy Elementary. Each student creates a cereal box as well as composes a persuasive paragraph about their cereal.
The winners for the 2005-2006 school year are: First place: “Chocolate Zapps” by Daniel Argyle; second place (tie): “Kunfu Krunchies” by Derrick Lin and “Speed O’s” by E.J. Owings; third place: “TNT” by Kaleb Shaw; and fourth place (tie): “Invisi Cereal” by Chad Robertson and “Dante O’s” by Devin Hall.
