A burglary in rural Jamesport was reported Jan. 1 by Vincent Termini of Kansas City. He and five other people have the farm and use the house mainly as a hunting lodge. The last time they had been at the residence was Dec. 11. Several guns were taken, as well as ammunition, other hunting equipment, tools, home furnishings, liquor, clothing and electronic equipment. The burglary is under investigation.

Another burglary in rural Jamesport was also reported Jan. 1 at the home of Emery and Viola Gould, who left in December for the winter. The report was made by their daughter, Denise Turner. The residence was damaged when subject(s) gained entry by breaking two doors. The residence was in disarray, but it could not be determined if anything had been taken. The investigation is continuing.

A third burglary in rural Jamesport on Quarry Road was reported Jan. 4 by Vincent Walton of Liberty. Tools had been taken from his locked shed. Subject(s) also entered the house through a window. Although things had been moved around in the house, only two flashlights were taken. It had been two weeks since Walton had been at the property. The investigation is continuing.

Lewis Chadwick of Jameson made a report on Dec. 16, 2005, of a rifle stolen from his unlocked truck parked at his residence on Dec. 17.The investigation is continuing.

Gary Wilson, 51, Kidder, was charged Jan. 9 with felony DWI. He posted $5,000 bond.

Harvey Yoder, 48, Jamesport, was charged Jan. 9 with felony DWI. He posted $5,000 bond.

Heath Reynolds, 35, Kirksville, was arrested Jan. 9 on an Adair County warrant for misdemeanor DWI. He posted $1,000 bond.

Napoleon Long Jr., 19, St. Louis, was arrested Jan. 9 for misdemeanor no valid license. He posted $300 bond.

Ronald Gene Wilson, 49, Trenton, was arrested Jan. 6 for misdemeanor DWI. He was processed and held for 12-hour detoxification before being released.

Sheila L. Carroll, 46, Independence, was arrested Jan. 7 for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of no valid license. She posted $300 bond.

Jeffrey Pendleton, 25, St. Joseph, was arrested Jan. 9 on a St. Joseph Police Department warrant for failure to appear for non-payment of fines. Bond was set at $750.

Candice Brewer, 19, St. Louis, was arrested Jan. 4 for misdemeanor no valid license. She posted $350 bond.

Scott Edwin, 52, Minneapolis, Minn., was charged Jan. 6 with misdemeanor no valid license. He is being held at Midwest Security Housing on $500 bond.
