An investigation is in progress for a burglary at the home of Jayson A. Huskey of Jamesport in which an ATV and several guns were taken. The theft occurred between Dec. 19 and Dec. 22.
William Williams, 20, Topeka, Kan., was arrested Dec. 25 for the tampering first degree, class C felony, in connection with a stolen vehicle which was recovered at the Winston Truck Stop. The vehicle had been stolen in Douglas County, Kan. Williams is being held at Midwest Security Housing on $35,000 bond.
Brian Stevenson, St. Joseph, was charged Dec. 25 on a DeKalb County warrant for probation violation on an original charge of felony burglary. He is being held at Midwest Security Housing on $10,000 bond.
Gary Smith, 39, St. Joseph, was charged Dec. 24 with assault, class A misdemeanor third degree. He posted $750 bond.
Todd Parrack, Winston, was charged with Dec. 21 with probation violations for misdemeanor domestic assault. He posted $5,000 bond.
George Campbell, 27, Bethany, was charged Dec. 23 with violation of bond conditions on an original charge of no valid license. He is being held on $2,000 bond.
