Winter sports and activity pictures will be taken Wednesday, Nov. 23rd. See a list posted for pictures being taken. Picture packets can be picked up in the office. 11-23
Additions to the picture day list — There will be a Junior Class officer and stu-co rep picture and a Senior Softball player picture taken on picture day. 11-23
Seniors, the following is scholarship information: If either of your parents were or are a member of the Marine Corps or Marine Reserve, scholarships are available to you ranging in amounts from $500-$10,000. 11-18
If you are a FBLA member, Kendall College in Chicago offers an automatic $1000 scholarship. If you have placed in National Competition, you will qualify for a $2000 scholarship or more. See Mrs. Holcomb or Mr. Batson. 11-18
There will be an FBLA meeting for juniors and seniors only on Monday, Nov. 21st at 7:30am in Mrs. Holcomb’s room. Juniors and seniors interested in District contest should attend. 11-21

Juniors: Boys State and Girls State applications are now available from Mr. Batson. These one-week citizenship and leadership programs are held for one week in June at Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg. 11-30
Anyone interested in HS Science Olympiad needs to stop by Mr. Steigerwalt’s room and pick up a rules book and sign up. Activities will start after Thanksgiving. 11-23
Seniors who plan to attend North Central Missouri College at Trenton should see Mr. Batson immediately about taking the “ASSET” test rather then the ACT. 12-1
Juniors and seniors: Both the Army National Guard and the Air Guard will be at school on Tuesday morning. Students may enlist (and receive pay) by enlisting during their junior year. 11-22
FCCLA members will be making cookies for Christmas in the park on Sunday, Nov. 20th at 2:00pm in the FACS room. All members need to attend. 11-18
