Jessie Marie (Lynn) Youtsey was born July 11, 1908, to Gus and Susie Lynn of Gallatin. She passed away Oct. 17, 2005. She married Archie Franklin Youtsey on Feb. 15, 1933. She was a homemaker, working side by side with her husband in the fields, also putting out a large garden each year.

She was a long-time member of the Splawn Ridge WPFA Club, taking her daughter Annette with her in the summer time and when her granddaughter Candy came along she took her to club. She truly enjoyed this club, often talking about the members past and the few remaining.

In October, 1970, she confessed her faith to Christ, being a member of the Gallatin Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gus and Susie Lynn; a daughter, Lois Marie Youtsey; a son, Wayne Franklin Youtsey; her husband, Archie Franklin Youtsey; her brother, Charles Lynn and wife Doris Lynn; her sister, Dorothy Cohrs and husband, Chris Cohrs.

She is survived by her daughter, Annette Youtsey; her granddaughter, Candy Hughes and her husband Rick Hughes and Cuddles. She has two nieces, Charlene Caraway and husband Joe, Donna Hahn and husband Larry.

Jessie lived her entire life in Gallatin, Missouri. She was a Christian loving mother and grandmother. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
