According to Daviess County Health Department Administrator Jack Hunsucker, 311 people received their flu shots Tuesday, Oct. 25, before the supply ran out in the afternoon.
More vaccine has been ordered and children’s vaccine is still available. Flu shots will be given from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Tuesday while supplies last. Please bring your Medicare or Medicaid cards for billing purposes if applicable. Vaccine is available for ages six months and up for Daviess County residents. Suggested donation to cover costs is $15.
