John Hostetler, 26, Jamesport, was arrested Oct. 8 for felony burglary second degree. He allegedly ransacked some storage units and a trailer in Jamesport and took two heaters and some miscellaneous items. He posted $35,000 bond.

Earl Branson, 37, Jamesport, was arrested Oct. 8 for the class D felony of failure to register as a sex offender. He posted $15,000 bond.

Joseph J. Johnson, 29, was arrested Oct. 8 on a Riley County, KS, warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge of marijuana cultivation, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana. He is being held at Midwest Security Housing on $5,000 bond, awaiting extradition.

John Peery, 35, and Tammy Peery, 34, Jamesport, were arrested Oct. 5. Each was charged with possession of a controlled substance, class C felony; possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute, class B felony, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. They each posted $5,000 bond.

George L. Campbell, 27, Bethany, was charged Oct. 6 with misdemeanor speeding 105 mph in a 55 mph zone, resisting arrest and no valid license.

Tracy A. Hyser, 42, St. Joseph was arrested Oct. 7 for a misdemeanor traffic offense. She posted $125 bond.

Loren Heldenbrand of Kidder reported the theft of an ATV and a garden tiller from his property on Oct. 2. The investigation is continuing.
