To all persons who claim any interest in the property of Carolyn Ann Gordon, deceased, as an heir of said decedent or through any heir of said decedent:
You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in the above court by Paula Ann Morris, for the determination of the heirs of Carolyn Ann Gordon, deceased, and of their respective interests as such heirs in and with respect to the following described property owned by said decedent at the time of death, to-wit:
An undivided one-ninth (1/9) interest in and to the following real estate, to-wit: All of the Northwest Quarter and that part of the Southwest Quarter lying North of Grand River, except right of way of South Daviess County Drainage District Ditch, in Section 1, and the East Half, East of Grand River, except said Drainage Ditch right of way, in Section 2, all in Township 58, Range 27, and
All of the Southwest Quarter, except right of way for said State or Public Road, and except right of way for said Railroad and except right of way for said Drainage Ditch, in Section 36, all in Township 59, Range 27; and
The Northeast Fractional Quarter, except right of way for State of Public Road, and except right of way of Wabash Railway Company, in Section 35, Township 59, Range 27. All situated in Daviess County, Missouri.

You are hereby required to appear to answer said petition on November 16, 2005 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County, Missouri, at Gallatin, at which time and place said petition will be heard. Should you fail therein, judgment may be entered in due course upon said petition.
