Michael and Lisa Michael, as Grantor(s), dated December 4, 2002, and recorded December 11, 2002 in Book 197, at Page 2, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Daviess County at Gallatin, Missouri the undersigned Successor Trustee will on October 7, 2005 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5 p.m. (at the exact time of 10:00 a.m.), at the South Front Door of the Daviess County Courthouse at Gallatin, Missouri sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following property:
