Default having been made in the payment of a Promissory Note (“Note”) described in and secured by a certain Deed of Trust dated March 5, 1999 executed by Timothy and Dana Carder, and recorded on March 8, 1999 in the office of the Daviess County Recorder of Deeds in Book 177 at Page 41, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on October 6, 2005 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (at the exact time of 1:00 p.m.) at the South Front Door of the Daviess County Courthouse at Gallatin, Missouri, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash the following property:
