For default in the payment of debt secured by Deed of Trust executed by Chris Dannar and Valerie Dannar, husband and wife, dated December 18, 2002, recorded on December 19, 2002 in Book 197, Page 18, Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Daviess County, Missouri, at Gallatin, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on Thursday, September 15, 2005, at 2:00 p.m., at the South Front Door of the Daviess County Courthouse, in Gallatin, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:

All of Lot #1208 of Valkyrie Valley Sub-division, a Sub-division of Part of Sections Eight (8), Nine (9), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19), and Twenty (20), in Township Fifty-nine (59) North, of Range Twenty-eight (28) West in Daviess County, Missouri, together with rights of access, ingress and egress over and upon all platted roads, streets and ways of said Sub-division, all as shown by the recorded plats thereof. Subject, however, to the limitations, covenants and restrictions contained in the declaration thereof as recorded in Deed Record Book 182 at Page 308 and as amended and recorded in Deed Record Book 185 at Page 54 of the office of Recorder of Deeds for Daviess County, Missouri.
