Notice of Filing of Affidavit in an Estate of more than $15,000 to all persons interested in the estate of the above named decedent:
On August 10, 2005, a small estate affidavit was filed by Michael D. Arnold for Velma I. Hoover under V.A.M.S. § 473.097 with the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County, Missouri.
All creditors of the decedent are notified to file claims in one month from the date of first publication of this notice or be forever barred. A creditor may require that this estate be opened for administration.
