The following are traffic cases which were heard in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County involving a plea of guilty without contest and payment by mail of the standard fine plus court costs. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside outside of Missouri was $2,815.50 for 37 tickets. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside in Missouri was $1,112.50 for 20 cases. Court costs collected for the State of Missouri amount to $56.50 for moving traffic violations. Missouri defendants, offenses and fines are listed below:

Speeding amended by prosecuting attorney to failure to equip vehicle with adequate muffler: Daniel L. Jessen, Neosho, $193.50; James C. Shrader, Kearney, $143.50; Carol A. Galant, Raymore, $143.50.
Failure to display valid plates: Kenneth C. Standring, Gallatin, $18.50; Donald D. Dowell, Trenton, $18.50; Tony M. Purcell, St. Joseph, $18.50.
Speeding: Kim E. Jackson, Kansas City, $73.50; Holly D. Lacy, Ridgeway, $58.50; Matthew R. Houser, Jamesport, $88.50; Satara M. Armstrong, Liberty, $88.50.
Failure to stop at stop sign: Daniel A. Woolenziew, Harris, $28.50.
Jennifer A. Clevenger, Jamesport, was fined $18.50 for failure to display valid plates, $18.50 for failure to have two lighted headlamps, and $103.50 for no insurance.
Failed to register vehicle: Carla Kay Cook, Kansas City, $48.50.
