Sherry Pauley, 44, Milan, was charged Aug. 13 with failure to report for sentence. Probation was revoked on the original charge of fraudulently trying to obtain controlled substance. She is being held at Midwest Security Housing without bond.

Rachel L. Lutes, 17, was charged Aug. 11 with tampering, class C felony, and property damage, class D felony. These charges are in connection with the theft of a vehicle from Worldwide Leasing in Altamont on Aug. 7, and the subsequent wreck of the vehicle in Pattonsburg. Law enforcement officials coaxed Lutes down from the Pattonsburg water tower shortly after the vehicle was discovered.

Shyla Edwards, 23, Osborn, was arrested Aug. 12 for possession of drug paraphernalia and no valid license, class A misdemeanors. He is being held at Midwest Security Housing on $550 bond.
Roy Huffman, 30, Kansas City, was charged Aug. 12 with class A misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted $250 bond.
Elicia Gomez, 20, Topeka, Kan., was charged Aug. 14 with failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of no valid license. She posted $300 bond.
