The Gallatin R-5 School Board will hold their regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 18 in the high school library.
Communications will include bills, ledger copy and investments. Old business will include board policy change and the web site and policy update/third reading.
The tax rate hearing and levy will be discussed during new business. There will be a final budget presentation. Bus routes and GTB tax transfer will also be heard.
Superintendent will report on the audit due in October and repairs/additions for 05-06. Principals Mr. Burrell, Mr. Elbert and Mrs. Warren will give reports.
There will be an executive session. Next meeting is Sept. 15.
