Ms. Parkhurst graduated with a B.S. degree in business administration from Truman State University and is a loan assistant at Platte Valley Bank in Smithville. Mr. German graduated from Missouri Western State College with a B.A. in English/technical communications and is a technical writer at Cerner Corporation in Kansas City. A September wedding is planned.
