Christopher M. Fredenburg entered a guilty plea to two charges before Judge Stephen Griffin on Aug. 16, on the charge of driving while intoxicated, class D felony, he received a sentence of four years, suspended execution of sentence, and five years probation. On a class A misdemeanor charge of driving while revoked, he was sentenced to 48 hours in the county jail.
