Mr. and Mrs. Sid Shippy would like to announce the engagement of their daughter Anissa to Kellen Fischer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dean Fischer, all of Butler. Anissa, the granddaughter of Betty Hillman of Gallatin, and the late Roy Hillman, is a graduate of Butler High School and Central Missouri State University where she received a degree in criminal justice. She is currently employed with the 27th Circuit Juvenile Court. Kellen is a graduate of Rich Hill High School and the University of Missouri-Columbia where he received a degree in agriculture systems management. He is currently self-employed as a farmer. An Aug. 27, 2005, wedding is planned at the First Christian Church in Butler.
