The following are traffic cases which were heard in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County involving a plea of guilty without contest and payment by mail of the standard fine plus court costs. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside outside of Missouri was $1,458 for 19 tickets. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside in Missouri was $1,263.50 for 21 cases. Failure to register vehicle annually: Tiffany L. Crawford, Spickard, $38.50; Hollie R. McDonald, Trenton, $28.50.
No seat belt: Joseph w. Davis, Chillicothe, $10; Justin D. Lashley, Independence, $10; Vertsel A. Tate, Gilman City, $10; Abraham Kramer, Jamesport, $10.
Child under four with no restraint: Michael A. Waterbury, Gallatin, $21.
Kevin Vanausdal, Conception Junction received two fines of $78.50 for operating motor carrier vehicle with fabric exposed on tire and operated motor carrier vehicle with unsafe suspension.
