Chris Belshe, former Gallatin resident, took fifth place in the APF Sr. Nationals powerlifting competition held last weekend in Detroit, Mich. Belshe, son of Larry and Lana Belshe, lifted a total of 1791 pounds (squat, bench press, dead lift) in the men’s 198-pound class.
Chris, a 1993 GHS grad, is a personal trainer at Olympic Fitness and Gym in North Kansas City.
