Hall, his spouse, dated December 17, 1999, and recorded December 23, 1999, in Book 180 on Page 104, in the Office for the Recorder of Deeds for the County of Daviess, State of Missouri, and as to that portion located in the County of Daviess, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on June 23, 2005, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (at the specified time of 2:00 p.m.) at the South front door of the Daviess County Courthouse, in the City of Gallatin, County of Daviess, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue, to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate described in said Deed of Trust and situated in the County of Daviess, State of Missouri, to wit:
