For default in the payment of debt secured by Deed of Trust executed by Brian E. Bolin, a married man, dated March 26, 1998, recorded in Book 172, Page 155, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Daviess County, Missouri at Gallatin, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on July 8, 2005 between the hours of 9:00 o’clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M., (sales are generally held at 2:00 p.m.), at the south front door of the Daviess County Courthouse, on the square, in Gallatin, Missouri, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash:

All of a Tract described as Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Lot Two of the Northwest Quarter of Section Six, in Township Fifty-eight, of Range Twenty-nine, being the North Half of said Northwest Quarter, and thence running South 500 feet to a Point on said Quarter Section Line; thence running West 860 feet to a Point; thence running North 500 feet to the North Boundary Line of said Quarter Section; thence running East 860 feet to the Point of Beginning, less & except the part reserved of One-half of all of the oil, gas, coal and other minerals upon and under, or that may be produced from the above described lands, together with a right of ingress and egress at all times for the purpose of mining, drilling, exploring, operating and developing said lands for oil, gas, coal and other minerals, and storing, handling, transporting and marketing the same therefrom, with the right to remove from said lands all of the property and improvements placed thereon by party receiving One-half of mineral rights, and any and all other rights and privileges incident or necessary to the enjoyment of said oil, gas, coal and mineral rights here reserved by Brandom and Selby Heirs of One-half of oil, gas, coal and other minerals

to satisfy said debt and costs.

This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
