Tyler D. Guess, Albany, minor in possession of alcohol (second offense), suspended imposition of sentence, two years probation, 60 hours community service.

Andrew J. King, Urbandale, speeding amended by prosecuting attorney to failure to equip vehicle with adequate muffler, $143.50.

Shane W. West, Winston, littering, suspended imposition of sentence, two years probation, 30 hours community service.

William J. Peniston, Chillicothe, driving while intoxicated amended to driving a motor vehicle with excessive blood alcohol content, 60 days jail, suspended execution of sentence, two years probation, ignition interlock, five days shock jail (board bill paid by defendant); unlawful use of a weapon, suspended imposition of sentence, two years probation.

Gary D. Conover, Gilman City, driving while intoxicated, suspended imposition of sentence, two years probation, 48 hour shock jail (board bill paid by defendant).

Rustin E. Johnson, Unionville, driving while intoxicated, 60 days jail (board bill paid by defendant), ignition interlock.

Richard W. Enochs, Jameson, driving while intoxicated, 30 days jail (board bill paid by defendant), ignition interlock; driving while suspended, 20 days jail concurrent; failure to drive on right half, $38.50.

Minor in possession of alcohol: Ruby F. Kauffman, Susan N. Kramer, Rose N. Ropp, Marie E. Graber, Kathryn M. Gingerich, all of Jamesport, and Jenny L. Smith of Maysville each received a suspended imposition of sentence, two years probation, and 30 hours community service.
