Bradley, a single person, dated September 24, 1999 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Daviess County, Missouri in book 179, Page 103 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Monday, June 6, 2005 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 2:55:00 p.m.), at the South Front Door of the Courthouse, City of Gallatin, County of Daviess, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Daviess County, State of Missouri, to wit:
All that part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19, in Township 59, of Range 27, described as follows: to wit: Beginning 155 feet and 7 inches West of the Northwest Corner of Out Lot 6, in the City of Gallatin, Daviess County, Missouri, thence running West 77 feet 9 ½ inches, thence South 140 feet, thence [East] 77 feet 9 ½ inches, thence North 140 feet to the Place of Beginning, Daviess County, Missouri, subject to streets, highways, alleys, pole-lines and easements of record, if any.
