David Tolen reported that he had met with at Harrington & Cortelyou engineer on April 7 at the BRO (23) site to discuss drainage problems and rock placement there.
Lloy Riley, Monroe Township Trustee, met with the commission concerning a road on the Harrison-Monroe Township line.
Danny Smith, landowner of Liberty Township, met with the commission concerning a drainage problem. The commission inspected the site and determined that it is a township matter and will notify the township board.
