On April 19, James Ray Crane of Hamilton reported that while traveling north on CC Highway just north of HH Highway on April 17, he heard something hit his car. The next day at the gas station, he found a bullet hole on the passenger side near the rear of his car. There are no suspects. The case remains open.
On April 18, Jim Fish of Lock Springs reported the theft of a Dynomark riding mower from his yard.
Ross A. Archer, 38, Oklahoma, was arrested April 14 for burglary 1st degree, class B felony, and stealing, class C felony. He is being held at Ray County Detention Center on $25,000 bond.
Deputies responded to an ADT alarm at the Winston Pit Stop at 11:02 p.m. April 16, where the main entrance glass door had been shattered by a thrown beer bottle. Video surveillance showed that the subject had entered the premises at 10:56 p.m. and was in the building for only 30 seconds. An undermined amount of cigarettes and miscellaneous change were missing. The investigation will continue.
Jamie Wilson, 47, Bethany, was charged April 15 with driving while intoxicated, class D felony. He is being held at Midwest Security Housing on $5,000 bond.
Kevin W. Stevinson, 21, Independence, was charged April 17 with failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of driving while revoked. He is being held at Midwest Security Housing on $1,000 bond.
Byron King, 20, Jamesport, was charged April 18 with failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of assault, third degree. He posted $2,500 bond.
