Paula Whitt, 40, Jamesport, was arrested April 4 for on felony burglary second degree and forgery charges. She is awaiting extradition back to Daviess County from Oregon County, where she will be taken to Ray County Correctional Center, with bond set at $35,000. The charges stem from an incident on Feb. 13 where Whitt allegedly entered a Jamesport residence without authorization. The charges were filed on Feb. 22, 2005.

Rachel Lutes, 17, Altamont, was charged April 4 with class C felony stealing. She is being held at Ray County Correctional Center on $25,000 bond.

Dennis Sevigny, 44, Jose Gonzalez, 24, and Charles McCray, 26, all of Grand Rapids, Mich., were arrested April 4 during a traffic stop on I-35. Gonzalez was charged with class C felony possession of a controlled substance and is being held at Midwest Security Housing on $35,000 bond. Sevigny and McCray were arrested for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and each posted $500 bond.

Curtis Bassett, 39, Breckenridge, was charged March 31 with failure to appear on felony charges of non-support. He is being held at Ray County Correctional Center on $3,066 bond.

Keyla James, 22, Breckenridge, was charged March 15 with failure to appear on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. She is being held at Ray County Correctional Center on $10,000 bond.

Deborah Hood, 44, Lawson, was arrested March 30 for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of passing bad checks. She posted $300 bond.

Matthew Kramer, 27, Hereford, Ariz., was charged April 1 with misdemeanor no valid license. He posted $500 bond.

Dustin Teel, 19, Gallatin, was arrested April 1 on a Cameron Police Department warrant for probation violations on an original misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. He posted $1,000 bond.

Angeline Olsen, 20, N. Plymouth, Minn., was arrested March 29 for misdemeanor possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. She posted $750 bond.

James Richter, 40, St. Joseph, was arrested March 29 for failure to appear for non-payment of fines for driving while suspended. He posted $140 bond.

Steen Munter, 19, Lamoni, Iowa, was charged April 4 with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. He posted $750 bond.

Timothy Sonnier, 43, Kansas City was arrested April 5 for misdemeanor driving while suspended. He posted $350 bond.

Rhonda J. Dixon, 51, Olathe, Kan., plead guilty on April 5 to possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, and paid fines and court costs of $324.50.

Michael Schofield, 28, Independence, was picked up on a Platte County warrant for failure to appear for misdemeanor passing bad checks. He was transported to Platte County, held on $200 bond.

Michael Birmingham, 38, Lawson, was arrested April 5 for parole violations on an original charge of forgery. He is being held at Midwest Security Housing, with no bond set at this time.

John Hostetler, 26, Jamesport, was arrested March 15 for failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of no valid license, DWI, and driving while suspended. He is being held at Midwest Security Housing on $2,700 bond.
