The 2004 financial statement for the Daviess County Library was approved at the March 2005 board meeting. State law, Section 105.145 RSMo and 15 CSR 40-3.030, requires the filing of a financial report with the State Auditor’s Office each year by April 1. Copies of this statement are sent to the County Commissioners, posted at both the Gallatin and Jamesport Branch Library, and printed in the monthly library newsletter.
