James Lewis, bridge supervisor, met with the commission reporting tube replacements. He had met with Harrington and Cortelyou, engineers, inspecting a bridge in Grand River Township over Muddy Creek, on 240th St. A BEAP study will be completed and the bridge deck upgraded.

Richard Carpenter contacted the commission informing them that Green Hills Telephone will be installing fiber optic cable on private property in Harrison Township.
Bills were audited and paid.
David Wilson, Gallatin Area Revitalization Alliance, met with the commission requesting permission to display five pictures and story presentations of the Seth Thomas clock on the wall outside of the voting room. Permission was granted as long as the frames are secured to the wall.
Lloyd Riley, Monroe Township Trustee, met with the commission regarding the billing of CART gravel. The quarry was contacted to check into the matter.
Betty Harmison, assessor, met with the commission regarding assessments on real estate. Her review is nearly complete. She will work in Sheridan Township next.
Notice was received from Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) with approval of the preliminary layout for BRO project (26). The engineer was notified.
John Gault, Jefferson Township, met with the commission regarding a drainage problem along 125th Street. The bridge crew will make repairs. Jonas Yutzy, Jamesport Special Road District resident, met with the commission regarding bridge scrap materials left at the site. He will clean up the area.
Doug Reed, Washington Township Trustee, met with the commission concerning brush control problems in that township. Brush letters have been sent and the commission will have it removed after bids have been received.
Bob Burnett, Snyder and Associates, presenting the Memorandum of Agreement with the Missouri State Historic Preservation for BRO (26). The agreement was executed. He also discussed soft match credits and designs for smaller bridges.
David Tolen will deliver two self-contained breathing apparatuses to Lake Viking, Coffey and Jameson Fire Departments. These were purchased through a grant from homeland security.
