Missouri Area 2 FFA Association held its annual proficiency selection for area members. Proficiency awards are given to members with quality SAE projects.

Chase Hiley received second place area proficiency award for Forestry Management and Products. He cut and delivered firewood to his customers during the winter and cleared fence lines. Chase also received third place in Special Animal Production for raising emu. He had four birds and sold the eggs for art and craft projects and for people to eat.
