Notice of Successor Trustee’s Sale

Default having been made in the payment of the Adjustable Rate Note (“Note”) described in and secured by a certain Second Deed of Trust dated June 20, 2000 executed by Doran Jones and Starla Jones, husband and wife, and recorded on June 21, 2000 in the office of the Daviess County Recorder of Deeds in book 182, Page 101, and conveying to J. Bartley Spear, Jr., Trustee, the following-described property: All of Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) in block Twelve (12) of Steele’s First Addition to the Town of Altamont, Daviess County, Missouri. Subject to Streets, Alleys, Pole lines and Easements of Record if any

At the request of the legal holder of said note and in accordance with the provisions of the Second Deed of Trust, I, Drew F. Davis, successor trustee, will sell the above-described property at public venue to the highest bidder for cash at the South Front door of the Daviess County Courthouse, in the City of Gallatin, Missouri, on March 11, 2005, at 2:00 p.m., for the purpose of satisfying the Note and costs.
