Seth Sharrah, 69, died Friday, Jan. 28, 2005, at North Kansas City Hospital.
Funeral services for Seth Sharrah were held on Tuesday, Feb. 1, at the United Methodist Church in Gallatin. Arrangements were by McWilliams Funeral Home, Gallatin. Burial was at Hillcrest Cemetery, Gallatin. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.

Mr. Sharrah was born on May 12, 1935, at the home north of Jamesport, the son of Dora Mae Sharrah.
In his early years, Mr. Sharrah worked at Reeds Seed and Shuler Concrete Products in Jamesport. Later he was employed at Churchill Truck Lines in Chillicothe.
Mr. Sharrah worked at automobile body repair in the Kansas City areas at Northown Lincoln Mercury, Ray Smith Ford, and Sam Miller Coach. He later owned and operated a shop in Gallatin. He also owned and operated Shirley’s Café in Jamesport.
He married Donna Buzzard on April 27, 1991, in Gallatin, where they made their home. Due to poor health, Mr. Sharrah retired in 1991.
Mr. Sharrah was a member of the Gallatin Lion’s Club and the United Methodist Church of Gallatin, also serving as a member of the board.
He was preceded in death by a son, Seth Wayne, a daughter, Victoria Lynn, and three brothers, Larry, Sherman, and Alva Dale Souders.
Survivors include his wife Donna, of the home; two sons, Terry Kinnison, Jamesport, and Tracy King, Gallatin; five daughters, Tammy Milligan, Altamont, Teresa Walker, Gallatin, Christy Clark, Bethany, Donna Stewart and Karen Seals, both of Blue Springs; one brother, Gerald Souders, Jamesport; three sisters, Rita Jones, Columbia, Sherry Souders, Maryville, and Linda Davis, Jamesport; 15 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
