Graveside services for Marjorie Wilson will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 28, at Highland Cemetery, Hamilton. Friends may call after 9 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 27, at Bram Funeral Home, Hamilton. There is no formal scheduled visitation.

Marjorie Louise Wilson, 81, Hamilton, died on Jan. 21, 2005, at a nursing home in Cameron.

She had lived in Hamilton most of her life and formerly worked at the Stride-Rite Shoe Factory in Hamilton.

Born on April 13, 1923, in Pattonsburg, to John and Amanda Murphy, she had attended business college.

She was a member of the Hamilton First Baptist Church.

On June 22, 1940, she married William E. Wilson in St. Joseph. He preceded her in death in 1955.

She also was preceded in death by a son, Eugene M. Wilson; and brothers and sisters.

Survivors include one son, Leonard Wayne Wilson, Kennesaw, Ga.; and two grandchildren.

Mayhue “Mike” Kiriakos

Funeral services for Mayhue “Mike” Kiriakos were held last Wednesday, Jan. 19, at D.W. Newcomer’s Sons, Johnson County Chapel 11200 Metcalf. Burial was in Johnson County Memorial Gardens.

Mayhue “Mike” Kiriakos, 81, formerly of Gallatin and Port Charlotte, Fla., died Sunday, Jan. 16, 2005, at the Cameron Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Kiriakos had been a resident of the Cameron Veterans Home for the past few months.

His wife, Shirley, preceded him in death in 1991.

Survivors include two daughters, Marsha Ruse and Susan Kiriakos; one son, Steve Kiriakos; one sister, Katherine Day of Ponta Garda, Fla., and two grandchildren.
