Christina Noel, 17, Winston, was charged Jan. 3 with possession of a controlled substance, Class C felony, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, Class A misdemeanors. The charges stem from a search warrant executed at Lake Viking on Dec. 10, 2004. Noel was one of four subjects who were taken into custody and later released. She is being held at Midwest Security Housing on $30,500 bond.

Richard Enochs, 51, Jameson, was arrested Jan. 1 for driving while suspended and DWI, both misdemeanors. He was released from Midwest Security Housing after 12-hour detoxification. A summons was issued.
Kirk A. Mowat, 37, Pleasant Hill, Iowa, was arrested Jan. 2 for no valid license, misdemeanor. He posted $160 bond.

Officers responded to a report of domestic violence and property damage at Jamesport on Jan. 1. Two subjects were taken into custody on 20-hour investigative hold and later released. No charges were filed.
