Jimmy Loucks Jr., 20, William Loucks, 25, and Brett Popplewell, 22, all of Gallatin were arrested Dec. 16 in connection with a burglary which occurred Nov. 29 at the residence of Chuck and Teresa Cutler of Gallatin. Items taken were a welder, a torch and miscellaneous tools valued around $850.

William Loucks and Popplewell were each charged with burglary second degree, Class C felony, stealing, Class C felony, and possession of a controlled substance, Class C felony. Popplewell was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, Class A misdemeanor. Michael J. Anderson, 31, and Jaamel Montgomery, 31, both of Chicago, Ill., were arrested Dec. 19 during a traffic stop and each was charged with the Class C felony of possession of a controlled substance. They are being held at Midwest Security Housing on $35,000 bond each.
Dennis McBroom, 46, Gallatin, was charged Dec. 19 with Platte County warrant probation violations for non-support. Bond is $15,000. He also has State of Missouri probation warrants without bond on an original charge of domestic assault.
Peter Dilks, 41, Gallatin, was charged Dec. 15 with probation violations on an original charge of felony non-support and a misdemeanor warrant for DWI. He is being held at Midwest Security Housing on $5,750 bond.
Michael Morgan, 57, Independence was arrested Dec. 20 for statutory sodomy, Class C felony. He is being held at Mid Missouri Security Housing on $85,000 bond.
Jose Amaya, 45, of Florida was arrested Dec. 18 for failure to appear in response to a criminal summons, misdemeanor. He was arrested in Daviess County on a Johnson County warrant and posted $250 bond.
Carl Holcomb Jr., 24, Gallatin, was charged Dec. 10 with failure to appear on an order to show cause, a misdemeanor. He is being held in Harrison County on $3,000 bond.
Stephen W. Povazan, 38, of Pennsylvania was arrested Dec. 14 for no valid license, misdemeanor. He posted $150 bond.
Andrew King, 22, of Iowa, was charged Dec. 15 with no valid license, misdemeanor. He posted $150 bond.
